By accessing or using Beebzly ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Beebzly. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a user under 13 without notice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your password with anyone or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at Contact Us.

You may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or restriction is not permitted and may result in all accounts being permanently removed.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Beebzly including profile information, blog posts, comments, photos, quizzes, polls, and whiteboard drawings ("your content").

By posting content on Beebzly you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You must not post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Contains spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotional material
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Depicts minors in any inappropriate or sexual manner

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice and at our sole discretion.

5. Community Rules

All users must follow our community rules. These are detailed on our Safety page. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

6. Beebzly Membership

Beebzly offers a paid membership tier ("Beebzly Membership") at £4.99 per month which unlocks additional features including the full skin store, skin builder, and increased daily love limits.

• Billing: Membership is billed monthly. Payments are processed manually via our support team until our online payment system launches.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Access to membership features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days at Contact Us.
• Changes to pricing: We reserve the right to change membership pricing. We will give at least 30 days notice of any price increase via email or on-site notification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by Beebzly including the site design, logo, graphics, and code is owned by or licenced to Beebzly and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Beebzly is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Bebo or any of its current or former owners in any way.

8. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content on Beebzly infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our contact form including:

• Your name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• A link to or description of where the infringing content appears on Beebzly
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate

We will review all valid notices and remove infringing content promptly.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Beebzly to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without our permission
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without notice if you breach these Terms of Service. You may also delete your own account at any time via your account settings. Upon deletion your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Beebzly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beebzly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We are not responsible for the content posted by users. We do not endorse or verify user content and accept no liability for it.

12. Third-Party Services

Beebzly may contain links to or embed content from third-party services such as YouTube. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will display the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of Beebzly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes we will attempt to notify registered users by email.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Beebzly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
